Scorecards
- All competitors will have 2 score cards for each round.
- There will be two separate score keepers in each round.
- Double scoring is required. Score cards will be collected no longer than 15 min after completing your round. All scorecards will be
turned into the registration office. All score cards must be legible and completed with signatures to be accepted. Once scorecards are
submitted to office there will be no changes to the scores. Inaccurate score cards that benefit the shooter will result in the lower
of the two scores being accepted. Discrepancies on score cards shall be decided among the group prior to submitting scores to the office.
- Anyone who alters scores without authorization or falsifies a score knowingly will be disqualified from the Mother of all Shoots 2009.
- Shooters are responsible for their score cards. Duplicate scorecards will not be issued for lost or stolen cards unless authorized by
the official score keeper.
- All score cards will remain property of the Mother of all Shoots
Mother of All Shoots Scoring
- 10x small inner circle on 10 ring
- 10 circle inside vital area
- 8 vital area
- 5 all other parts outside vital area
- 0 Complete miss
- An arrow imbedded in the nock of another arrow will score the same as the embedded arrow
- Any arrow released accidentally or deliberately at a wrong target will be scored a 0. A dropped arrow may be retrieve as long as
you can collect it from shooting stake. Other wise scored a shot arrow score 0.
- All targets must be scored by both score keepers if an arrow is removed before both score keepers agree the arrow shall be scored a 0.
- Maximum Distance for Targets
- Targets will be set up randomly to a maximum of 50 yds (45 meters)
- MBO, MBR, MBF, LFMO, LBHR, LBHF
- Adult, Seniors and Open targets will be a max of 50 yds SMO, SFMO
- Cubs and Traditional will shoot out to 35 Yds.
- Youth shoot the full course.
Four Minute Shoot Rule
- Four minute maximum shoot time per group of 4 shooters.
- Shooters must shoot from each of the three stations.
Protest Rule
All protests must be taken up with the rules committee. No protest will be heard until the protest
committee receives a $50.00 fee. All decisions of the protest committee are final.
Rangefinders
No rangefinders will be allowed inside the building. Shooters caught using rangefinders will be disqualified from the tournament.
Binoculars
Binoculars WILL NOT be allowed on the shooting line you must step back from the
line to use your optics. One warning will be issued. The next warning you will lose the use of your optics for the rest of the tournament.
Equipment Failure
Equipment failure must be visible and agreed upon by the majority of the group. Upon agreement
the shooter must have their score cards initialed by the entire group as an equipment failure. The score card must be turned into the
office until repairs are completed. Shooters will have 15 minutes to fix their problem.
How ties are broken:
If at the end of the tournament there is a tie, a winner will be determined in the following manner:
The tied archers score cards will be reviewed and the archer with the most 10x and 10 will be declared the winner. If there is still a
tie the archer with the most number of eights will be considered the winner. If stilled tied the archer with the most fives will be
considered the winner. If there is still a tie a shoot-off will be held to determine the winner. The shoot-off will consist of a 3d
animal target set at an unknown distance. The shooter closest to a 10x will be the winner

- Seniors 50+
- Adult 18-49
- Youth 13-15
- Youth 16-17
- Cubs 8-12
- Pre Cub 6-8
